It has such good features like strong lamination adhesion, excellent tensile strength, wear resistance and high temperature resistance. It is widely used in such cards as anti-fake IC cards, driving license card, transportation card and passport etc.

Polycarbonate (PC) Card uncoated Overlay is a new developed environment friendly product which could get excellent peel strength at high temperature. It provides superior aging resistance performance to other similar products, no color change and deformation after lamination.

Keep package sealed and moisture-proof, room temperature under 40℃
Keep horizontally, avoid oppress heavily and direct sun light.
Stacking height should not exceed one meter.
Shelf life: Two year.
Storage conditions:
Ideal storage conditions between 10-30 0C, Ideal RH 40%. Should not be stored in direct sunlight and avoid major thermal fluctuation, store in original packing. Film should be conditioned a minimum of 24 hours at ambient room temperature.
Recommended use of material within one year of production date.
