MKCP-PV-G1 Rubber Cushion Pad is a professional high-performance buffer material specially developed for solar photovoltaic module lamination machines and hot pressing equipment. It serves as a critical consumable in the PV panel manufacturing process, providing effective surface protection and uniform pressure buffering throughout the entire high-temperature vacuum lamination procedure.
PV lamination is the core process that determines the quality, tightness and service life of solar modules. During production, vacuum exhausts internal air, high temperature melts EVA adhesive, and even pressure bonds glass, battery cells and backsheets tightly while eliminating residual bubbles.
